Customer Dashboard: new and improved features

You asked and we listened. Some improvements have been made to the AARNet Customer Dashboard.

Based on customer feedback, the Bandwidth Utilisation reports have been revised on the AARNet Customer Dashboard. The existing report has been improved and a new “real-time” utilisation graph has been added (for AARNet4 connections only), showing a 2-day window, which lags real-time by around 5 minutes only.

The listing of Services and Pricing on the Customer Dashboard now includes AARNet transmission, fibre maintenance and NOC Services.
