After joining the IT Support team at Victoria University while I was a student there, I progressed into a Video Systems Administration role and managed a range of video conferencing-related projects. These included the development of specialised VC/AV technologies across the University, the installation and upgrades of video facilities across all spaces and the development of procedures and documentation for the use of video facilities by staff and students.
I joined AARNet Product Solutions in September 2013. My primary focus is to provide high quality video conferencing support to AARNet-connected customers and staff through the National Video Conferencing Service, as well as manage, monitor and maintain video infrastructure. I encourage the adoption and use of video conferencing throughout the R&E sector, assisting with cost saving, productivity and reducing our carbon footprint.
I enjoy playing and watching sports, hanging out with family and friends and helping others in need. I also enjoy travelling, exploring new places and meeting new faces.
